Amba Ceylon Black (Sri Lanka)

Amba Ceylon Black is a full-leaf, hand-rolled black tea that’s both light and aromatic. Grown at an elevation of 3,300 feet, this tea is made using only the highest quality one leaf and bud. The dry leaf has a fruit, toffee and citrus fragrance. The liquor is a mid-copper gold and has complex notes of dried fruit and sweet meadow grass.

Amount: 2 grams of loose tea per cup of water (a pinch)
Temperature: 205 ̊ (Just off the boil)
Steep time: 3 minutes
